I purchased a pair of expensive glasses from your Pune Airport store about a month ago. Within this short period, the lenses have developed multiple scratches, which is unacceptable for the price paid.
When I raised the issue with your team, I was told that this is “your problem,” but no resolution was offered. This response is disappointing, especially since the product quality does not match the cost.
Additionally, I had already paid for the lenses changing charges at the time of purchase, so I expect that to be honored without any further charges.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and either replace the lenses at no additional cost or provide a suitable resolution.
Please acknowledge this complaint and update me on the next steps.
