What are the available modes of payment? 

    All payments can be done through our payment partner with Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, EMI, Net Banking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets. Our partner RazorPay provides the most extensive set of payment methods.

    We also provide cash on delivery. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

      Yes, COD is available.

      My money was deducted from my account, but my order wasn't placed/transaction failed. What should I do next?

        Kindly contact Bank/Wallet Company if you do not receive your credit in 10 to 12 days. Alternatively, you can also contact us with all your purchase details so that we can expedite your due credit.



        When will I get my refund?

          We try to process each refund instantly but the longest we’ll take is 7 working days of receiving your returned product. Please visit our return centre for the same or email us at

          How will I get my refund if I’ve paid by cash?

            If you have paid for your order with cash, you will have to provide us with your bank account details so we can refund the amount to you at the earliest.
